Shipping policy
Every Artivia order is prepared by hand in our Florida facility. We ship to the United States and Canada, and standard shipping is free on every order.
Delivery times
- United States, Standard (USPS / UPS): FREE. 1–3 business days processing + 3–7 business days in transit = 4–10 business days in total.
- United States, Express (USPS Priority / UPS): $12.99. Packed within 1 business day, 2–4 business days in total.
- Canada, Standard (DHL): FREE. 6–15 business days in total.
All times are business days and are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can be affected by customs, weather, carrier volume, and holidays.
Canada: duties and taxes
Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, GST/HST, and carrier brokerage fees. These are set by the Canada Border Services Agency, are not included in our prices, and are collected by DHL at or before delivery. Parcels refused because these charges are declined cannot be refunded.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Addresses
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders, and cannot change an address once an order has shipped. If you spot a mistake, email support@artivia.online immediately.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel is confirmed lost, or arrives damaged (contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos), we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at our cost.
